Never could figure how much they took or why. Cancelled a year ago and then saw charges from "i access aessentials" for $29.99 a month. No notice, no authority, and no answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and go with Square. A straight 2.75% that shows in your account within minutes.

I received a credit card swiper that never worked. I was charged months after I submitted my cancelation and even after my account was supposedly canceled I was charged 29.99 on three separate occassions by some sort of 3rd party being used by flagship. Buyer beware!

Worst CC processor ever. I have been around and around with them for over a year.. finally thought I got the bottom of it last month, then they charhed me for 2 months today. The CSR talked to me like I was ***. Everytime I call, I have to wait on hold for multiple hours.
