High Rates
Flagship has too high of rates for us. Plus when we quit using them we did everything as we were told, along with a written notice of stopping service.
We sent back the machines correctly. Since then we have been charged 29.99 twice a month for 9 months from I-PAYMENT : ESSEMTHFEE We contacted them and they said they would reverse charges. They reversed charges for 3 months. They then took out an additional 3 months.
We have been in constant contact with them and it does NO good. Evidently small claims court is the way to go. This is getting very expensive for a service we haven't had since Oct.
2016. We Never Opted In For This Wombly Company...

Just got charged for an auto enrolled product "Wombly" that I didn't ask for
Watch your bank charges daily. We just received a 29.99 fee that shows up as "ESSEMTHFEE ".
Turns out this is an Auto Enrolled product that Flagship is now charging. When calling customer service to find out what this is, they immediately stop discussing it with you and instead refer you to an 855.929.9111 number for a company called Womply that tries to sell you their product. They are the ones who have to reverse your charge as Flagship will not reverse it . The Womply Rep says that all Flagship customers have 3rd party authorizations in their agreements, so WATCH OUT.
Poor Womply Rep is reversing charges like crazy. Hopefully they learn how to do a better job at pick merchant service companies to sell their products through

My fees were originally double what they promised me, and now they've yet again almost doubled. And I'm experiencing the same issue with representatives making promises to help and then never being found again.
