I do purchase of baby troller with flagship and done the payment of order through gpay and after the pay us cut I received a confirmation mail of payment through razorpay pay and the merchant flagship actually received the payment so return my money bcz there is not any product is delivered to me or not tracking of product is showing or at that time the of status of payment is showing pending plz give me better response . sent my product ... My request to close the account was never processed on their end, I stopped using their service due to temporarily closing my business for construction, yet they continued to make monthly withdraws from my business bank account and I was no longer accepting any credit or debit cards.

Lawsuit pending

They steal money and then lie about it. Their phone service is a circle of *** I have spent over a month trying to recover the 15k they overcharged in falsified rates. One employee admitted the error and then was never again to be found. Will be hiring a lawyer

My fees were originally double what they promised me, and now they've yet again almost doubled. And I'm experiencing the same issue with representatives making promises to help and then never being found again.

My complaint centers around a lack of CLEAR communication about the monthly fees that would be charged for lack of PCI compliance and having zero transactions in a given month, both of which turned out to be exorbitant. They did NOT make clear that I'd have to be PCI compliant within the first three months to avoid a monthly "non-compliance fee". When I called to complain I was told that this information was in my statements. Why would I look at my statements if I didn't have any transactions in that month? They said the only thing they could do for me was refund September's non-compliance fee if I took the questionnaire & passed for PCI compliance (which I did; waiting for the refund). Bottom line- I would have saved hundreds (yes HUNDREDS) of dollars by using a service like Square or Paypal. Flagship may be fine for businesses with frequent transactions, but definitely NOT for someone like me who has a credit card transaction every now & then.

If you are considering using flagship merchant services, just don't. When I signed up, they told me I would only pay $5.00 a month plus the percentage per transaction. two months later, I am charged $119.00 for a PCI Fee. After I called and complained, they finally refunded it. I then started getting charged $19.95 a month for some business.com add on I didn't request. I also am getting charged a minimum discount fee because our business doesn't process enough money in card processes each month. Nowhere was that explained in my contract nor was I told anything about it in signing up. I finally got them to agree to refund the business.com fees, but haven't received them yet. They are refusing to refund the minimum discount fees so I am still arguing with them. I do not recommend them at all. You have to call about something every month and you get a different story each time. They also tell you that you can speak to the same person when you call again by asking for them by name. That's a lie.

I won't sign up, I read all of your reviews, and I am sorry you had

such a bad experience. I got the same nice call and felt there was something wrong. I got this also from another company then read the reviews, and I learned that I should stick with a bank recommendation instead of trying to save a few dollars. It seems like in this industry, they catch you coming or going, so it's just best to stay with someone you can rely on. I feel so bad for all of us merchants getting stuck. I would just close my bank account to keep them from accessing my money. That was my biggest fear is giving them a voided check, and letting them into my business, then they go nuts like they did to all of you! I am sorry for all of your problems, and thank you for your reviews. They helped me to make my decision to stay away!

High Rates

Flagship has too high of rates for us. Plus when we quit using them we did everything as we were told, along with a written notice of stopping service.

We sent back the machines correctly. Since then we have been charged 29.99 twice a month for 9 months from I-PAYMENT : ESSEMTHFEE We contacted them and they said they would reverse charges. They reversed charges for 3 months. They then took out an additional 3 months.

We have been in constant contact with them and it does NO good. Evidently small claims court is the way to go. This is getting very expensive for a service we haven't had since Oct.

2016. We Never Opted In For This Wombly Company...

Just got charged for an auto enrolled product "Wombly" that I didn't ask for

Watch your bank charges daily. We just received a 29.99 fee that shows up as "ESSEMTHFEE ".

Turns out this is an Auto Enrolled product that Flagship is now charging. When calling customer service to find out what this is, they immediately stop discussing it with you and instead refer you to an 855.929.9111 number for a company called Womply that tries to sell you their product. They are the ones who have to reverse your charge as Flagship will not reverse it . The Womply Rep says that all Flagship customers have 3rd party authorizations in their agreements, so WATCH OUT.

Poor Womply Rep is reversing charges like crazy. Hopefully they learn how to do a better job at pick merchant service companies to sell their products through

I cannot get customer support on the phone to cancel my account. I have been on hold 30 minutes. Very frustrating.

I spoke to a Womply rep pretending to be from my Merchant Processing Co. and I told two reps that I was opting out.

But they didn't disenroll me and charged my account anyway. This should be illegal. Why isn't my Merchant Services Company requiring Womply to get opt-in documentation from this third party vendor?

Why is it legal for them to allow this company to deduct money from my account? This seems very wrong for my Credit Card processer to allow this to happen without my consent.

Really thankful for those that have caught this and reported it online. I saw three separate charges for this on my bank statements. It was fairly easy to opt out and get reimbursed, but rather annoying that they would sign their merchants up for the service without consent.

I just realized I was hit for this 2 times in the month of November. Flagship has already lost me as a customer as of about 1 week ago for other issues with horrible customer service.

But I was pissed when I came across this and was told that they sent me an e-mail, between 60-90 days ago, according to them that they were moving all of their customers to "Essentials" to try the service free for 60 days, and if you don't respond to the e-mail telling them you don't want the service that you are agreeing to pay for that service.

I don't have an e-mail from them regarding this. I don't know if it went to spam or junk, which would have been deleted by now.

All I know is that if I ran my business this way and sent out an e-mail to all my customers and (if I had access to their bank accounts) started helping myself to their money because they failed to respond to an e-mail, received or not, I'd have a serious issue on my hand and likely be put out of business.

Thankfully, the essentials desk refunded my money without arguing, but still very annoying.

I have forwarded this to Flagship as well as the deceptive trade act department for the State of Texas. The question you all ned to be asking is how did they get your bank info if not from Flagship?

I have posed this question to Flagship but do not expect a reply as the wonderful customer service from the beginning of the account has become nonexistant.

Same happened to me but I had previously used creditcardprocessing.com. I axed them after the charges they assessed were astronomical!

Supposedly they sent me mail about this, yeah right!

The Womply? agent was very nice and reversed the charges.

Never could figure how much they took or why. Cancelled a year ago and then saw charges from "i access aessentials" for $29.99 a month. No notice, no authority, and no answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and go with Square. A straight 2.75% that shows in your account within minutes.

I received a credit card swiper that never worked. I was charged months after I submitted my cancelation and even after my account was supposedly canceled I was charged 29.99 on three separate occassions by some sort of 3rd party being used by flagship. Buyer beware!

Worst CC processor ever. I have been around and around with them for over a year.. finally thought I got the bottom of it last month, then they charhed me for 2 months today. The CSR talked to me like I was ***. Everytime I call, I have to wait on hold for multiple hours.

Upon creating a new Merchant account I was misinformed about the types of services that would be available on an online Merchant account. I was mislead by Merchant representative David Dwyer at ddwyer@***.com upon the Merchant platform's interface's and its' charges, misinformed about pricing, and was never connected with information on how to integrate my website's Gateway Interface. It took three attempts to correctly confirm my checking account to the Merchant gateway to make deposits available. No attempts have been made through out the first week of creating my Merchant account of any communication. I get transferred from representative to representative on any questions and concerns I have. I highly recommend NOT working with Flagship despite their supposed high ratings.
